You can make reservation over the telephone, fax or filling our reservation form. Payment 40 % of the rent should be paid within 7 days of receipt of confirmation of reservation and the remaining sum not later than 3 weeks before the beginning of the rental period.
At least one person in your party must have sufficient knowledge of boating.
The rates include the rent of boat with equipment and insurance.
Fuel costs security deposit 590 EUR or 840 EUR.
The yachts are insured. The own risk fee is charged about the deposit and it will be refunded upon return of the yacht if no damages have occurred.
1. The boat as well as its equipment are insured on behalf of the Agent. The Charterer agrees to inform the Agent about any loss or damages as soon as possible and to resort to all possible measures to limit the damage. The insurance does not cover the Charterer's personal property.
1. The Charterer is reponsible for the complate operating condition of of the boat during the charter period. In the event of a possible damage or other occurence needing prompt repair, the Charterer shall contact the Agent. If the Charterer causes damage to the boat disabling it for use till the end ofthe agreed charter time, the Agent is entitled to hole of the charter rate for remaining charter period. If- for reasons independent of the Charterer- the boat is not in operating condition during the charter period and has to be repaired , the Charterer is entitled to compensation for the repair work over 6 hours he has had performed. However, if the estimated repair costs exceed 100 EUR the Charterer must contact the Agent before the repair work is started.
1. The present agreement must be terminated in writing. Should the Charterer cancel
this agreement over 120 days prior to the beginning of the charter period , all payments
effected by the Charterer shall be refunded except for 1/2 of reservation payment to
cancelation costs. Should the cancelation tahe place less 120 days but over 90 days before
the chartering period , the Agent is entitled to charge the whole reservation payment.
Should the agreement be cancelled less than 90 days but over 30 days prior to beginning of
the charter , the Agent is entitled to charge 40% of the whole charter fee. If the
cancellation take place less than 30 days before the chartering period , the Agent is
entitled to collect the whole charter fee.
2. If the Charterer wants to terminate the contract due to an acute illness on the
Charterer himself or on his wife or children , the following is valid ; the Charterer
himself is in this case obliged to make the insurance in advance , which is cover the
payments of charter.
3. If there are reasons to suspect that the Charterer intends to make himself quilty of
clear misuse of the property entrusted to him , as e.g. selling or pawning the boat or
taking it or part of it abroad, the Agent is entitled to take over the boat. The
agreements is then immediately regarded terminated.
1. VUOKRAVENHO H&T NISKANEN acts as the representative for the Owner of the boat in questions concerning chartering only. All disputes arising with respect to this agreement are a matter between Owner of the boat and the Charterer , and thus the disputes are to be settled between them, or in the last resort by the Magistrate's Court.
